Doctors, hospitals and other medical professionals are treating people across the globe for largely preventable illnesses as a result of the lifestyle we lead. Fast food outlets are thriving on our lack of time and energy, gyms are receiving memberships which essentially become donations after the clients cease attending because it’s too hard to fit in, or just too hard to maintain the enthusiasm, drive or tenacity!
But surely being healthy and remaining healthy is easy right? Consume less calories than you burn. Eat less, exercise more. While there is some truth to that, if it was that easy would the world be experiencing the health crises we see, hear and read about constantly?
